PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary heat sink which can suppress noise significantly and has a relatively small capacity. SOLUTION: A rotary heat sink (10) includes a heat sink body (12) receiving heat from a heating body, a heat dissipating part (14) fixed rotatably to the heat sink body and having a shaft portion (22) and a heat dissipation fin portion (24), and a driving means (16) for rotating the heat dissipating part relatively to the heat sink body.
