PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing equipment suitable for manufacturing a precise electronic component, and manufacturing equipment and a method. SOLUTION: The equipment for manufacturing the electronic component has a squeegee 6 fixed on a rotator. The sqeegee 6 rotates on its axis and runs free while a pressure is given for filling tough a resin to complete a print with a precise shape. An upper and a lower chambers are formed by having a mimeograph as a partition to regulate pressure to cut or dispense the resin to complete the print with a precise shape. This method is applied to the packaging an electronic component. The printing equipment E1 includes a roller 3 having a circumferential plane 32 adjoining to a plane 21 of a circuit board 2, transfer means 4 to horizontally transfer the roller 3, rotating means 5 for rotating the roller 3 with the transfer means 4, the sqeegee 6 rotatably held along the circumference plane 32 of the roller 3, and press force generation means for pressing the sqeegee 6 to the circuit board 2 by the reaction force of the rotation of the roller 3.
