PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a program for determining the integrity of a structural member capable of determining the integrity of the entire part of the structural member even if a sensor is not installed over the entire part thereof, and applicable to both new structures and existing structures. SOLUTION: The integrity of the structural member is determined according to whether the difference between the axial strains parallel to each other measured at two positions of the structural member with temperature difference and the difference between the temperatures measured at the two positions same as or near these two positions are changed with elapse of time.
