PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of preventing wasteful power consumption, and avoiding the execution of unnecessary abnormality countermeasure processing in spite of state that a loading state detecting portion D is not abnormal. SOLUTION: An abnormality countermeasure control means 100 integrates a loading state duration time when the loading state detecting portion D continuously detects a loading state of a heated object, a power source control means PK cutting off the supply of electric power, cuts off the supply of electric power to the abnormality countermeasure control means 10 when power source-off conditions are satisfied when a non-loading state is detected, continues the supply of electric power to the abnormality countermeasure control means 100 when the power source-off condition are satisfied, and cuts off the supply of electric power to the abnormality countermeasure control means 100 when a set delay time has passed from the time when the power source-off conditions are satisfied, or when the non-loading state is detected during the passage of the set delay time.
