PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular sun-shade device capable of preventing a sun-shade panel from being loosened without arranging any springs and the like by individually setting guide grooves when a plurality of sun-shade panels are stored. SOLUTION: A rear end of a guide rail 18 is provided with a partition part having a first guide part that can be turned around its axis to guide a rear end of a rear-side sun-shade panel and a second guide part for guiding a rear end of a front-side sun-shade panel. The guide rail 18 is provided with a guide mechanism for use in guiding each of the front ends of a rear side sun-shade panel and a front side sun-shade panel in such a direction as one in which each of the rear ends is guided.
