PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle capable of promoting a user's health by adjusting ordinary pedaling operation or a load of the pedals to stimulate muscle in femoral region and the leg region and capable of adjusting a load of the pedal by using the weight and the body. SOLUTION: A papier-mache rod 3 is fitted to a central part of a saddle 2, and the rod 3 is joined to a pulley coupled to the pedals 5 by a chain 4.
