PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to adjust output volume from an output device. SOLUTION: A speaker 31 phonetically outputs information according to a progression state of a game. In this constitution, a player can adjust sound volume of the speaker 31 according to his preference by operating a front face sound adjusting variable resister 24, and a game hall worker can adjust the sound volume of the speaker 31 by operating a rear face sound adjusting variable resister 25 in relationship to the front face sound adjusting variable resister 24.
