An optical-use adhesive film includes a substrate film formed of a biaxially oriented polyester film; and a polymeric adhesive layer provided on at least one surface of the substrate film. The optical-use adhesive film has a haze of 1.0% or less, and the substrate film contains foreign substance particles having a maximum size of about 20 mu m or more at a ratio of about 10/m<2> or less.
