The device (1) has a dosing block (2) with an inlet for a main delivery medium, two component inlets and two supply lines (4), where each component inlet is assigned to each supply line. Dosing pumps (8) e.g. pneumatic diaphragm pump, are directly attached as removable module to the dosing block. Each dosing pump is provided upstream to each component inlet, and is attached to a common main control line (10) through which compressed air supply of a pump drive takes place.
