The engine (1) has a left radial tube (8) on a cold side that produces an evaporating pressure of a working fluid (10) by a liquid column serving as a compressor by centrifugal force and sealing difference. The column has the cold working fluid on both ends of the radial tube, where the fluid is heated to warm working fluid. The engine produces evaporating temperature for damping the working fluid at a right radial tube (9) by heating the radial tube from outside. The engine lowers damping pressure on the radial tube by cooling from the outside.
