A structure and a repairing method of a display electrode are provided to repair the display electrode easily and prevent damage of a metal line. In a structure of a display electrode(260) disposed in one side of a metal line, the structure comprises the display electrode and at least more than one first opening(262). The first opening is extended into the display electrode and formed in the display electrode as crossing the metal line. The first opening is extended from an end of the display electrode towards the inside of the display electrode. The display electrode further comprises a cutting groove(310,320,330) which is extended from the first opening and cuts the display electrode.
