<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an address management system automatically performing processing for an address change on behalf of a user when the user changes an address due to relocation or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When user position information pd corresponding to an address of the user M is acquired and sent out by a user communication terminal 20 and when the same user position information pd is periodically acquired to detect a change of the user position information pd, the user position information pd after the change is sent out. A user ID is associated to the user position information pd. The user position information pd acquired by the user communication terminal 20 is received and managed in an address management server 10, and the user position information pd is updated when the change is present in the user position information pd.
