<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of difficulty in acquisition of stable property and lack of reliability because of low thermal conductivity of a plastic board 100, and poor radiation characteristics in a display device 1, in which the plastic board 100 is used instead of a glass board. <P>SOLUTION: A back electrode 107 integrally formed with a vertical interconnection is laminated between the plastic board 100 and a thin-film LED 102, and the back electrode 107 is made to act as a heat radiating layer.
