<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a motor, with which a small-size cable can be selected and feeling deterioration in an operation can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The controller 40 is provided with a memory part 41 and a control part 42. The memory part 41 is provided with a first map 43 for outputting a prescribed torque until it reaches the prescribed number of revolutions and a second map 44 for setting a torque peak region until it reaches the prescribed number of revolutions and increasing torque until it reaches a torque peak. When a temperature of U to W terminal cables 28 to 30 reaches a permission temperature of the cable, the control part 42 controls current in accordance with the second map 44.
