<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film capable of sufficiently suppressing the occurrence of Newton ring when used for a touch panel while maintaining the favorable durability. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film comprises a substrate 10, and a transparent conductive layer 20 and an intermediate layer 30 disposed on one surface of the substrate 10.
