<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus service system for enabling a bus user to get on and off a bus at an optional spot in a bus service route. <P>SOLUTION: Portable terminal equipment 10 of a bus user is provided with a positioning function by a GPS for positioning the getting on/off position of the bus user when the user gets on/off the bus 21.
