<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store an abnormal running state of a vehicle prior to a collision, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A data recorder 100 comprises an acquisition part 110 for acquiring video image information obtained by imaging the circumstances outside the vehicle; a recording part 120 for recording the video image information obtained by the acquisition part 110; an acceleration detecting part 130 for detecting the acceleration generated in the vehicle; a vehicle state detecting part 140 for detecting the state of change of the vehicle, with respect to a road surface other than the acceleration; a determination part 150 for determining an abnormal running state, caused prior to the acceleration detecting part 130 has detected a predetermined or higher acceleration, on the basis of the acceleration detected by the acceleration detecting part 130 and the state of change of the vehicle detected by the vehicle state detecting part 140; and a recording control part 160 for controlling the recording part 120 for storing at least the video image information recorded prior to the abnormal running state, when the determination part 150 determines that the vehicle is in an abnormal running state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
