PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive material having excellent conductivity, high production stability, and storage stability. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the conductive material, after a silver image is formed at least on one surface of a support body by a photographic method, treatment to decompose a water-soluble polymer binder contained in a constituent layer of a photosensitive material is applied to this silver image, and after that, the treatment is carried out by a treatment solution containing at least one kind of any compound of (I): reducing material, (II): water-soluble phosphorus oxo acid compound, and (III): a water-soluble halogenated compound.
