摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent recovering of current flow caused by drop in internal pressure of the battery after cutoff of current by operation of a current cutoff mechanism when internal pressure of the battery is increased, in a cylindrical nonaqueous electrolyte battery. SOLUTION: A safety valve, a desk holder having a hole in almost the central part, a cutoff desk having a hole in almost the central part and a projecting part for suppressing bringing of a sub-desk into the inner periphery of the hole, and the sub-desk capable of being electrically connected to a battery element are installed in order, and the safety valve and the sub-desk are connected through the hole of the desk holder and the hole of the cutoff desk to compose the current cutoff mechanism, and it is installed at the opening end of a battery can. Instead of installation of the projecting part in the inner periphery of the hole of the cutoff valve, another member having a hole may be installed between the cutoff desk and the sub-desk. By connecting the sub-desk and an electrode terminal drawn out of the battery element, a battery lid and the battery element are electrically connected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
