PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which a gas formed in a power generating element can be discharged to the exterior of this power generating element in a battery in which a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate are wound around the winding shaft via a separator and which has the power generating element that has a mutually superposed shape while a part of a current collecting part is wound around, moreover provide a vehicle to mount such a battery, and provide a battery-mounting equipment to mount such a battery. SOLUTION: An element battery 100 is each equipped with a power generating element 130 having a belt-like positive electrode plate 140, a negative electrode plate 170, and a separator 190. The positive electrode plate 140 has a belt-like positive electrode conductive member 141 including a positive electrode current collecting part 143 that does not carry positive electrode active material 148. The positive electrode current collecting part 143 has a plurality of positive electrode side ventilation holes 145H along the circumferential direction RT of wound-axis 130X dispersedly. These positive electrode side ventilation holes 145H compose one part of positive electrode side ventilation passage PP in which a separator inside site 191 is communicated with power generating element exterior 130S.
