PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthogonal harmonic mixer which is small in current consumption. SOLUTION: In the orthogonal harmonic mixer 1, a positive-polarity signal of a differential input signal and an I-phase local oscillation signal are input to CMOS inverters IV1 and IV2 of a differential pair 11A respectively, and the I-phase local oscillation signal and a negative-polarity signal of the differential input signal are input to CMOS inverters IV1 and IV2 of a differential pair 11B respectively; and the negative-polarity signal of the differential input signal and a Q-phase local oscillation signal which is 90°out of phase with the I-phase local oscillation signal are input to CMOS inverters IV1 and IV2 of a differential pair 11C respectively, and the Q-phase local oscillation signal and the positive-polarity signal of the differential input signal are input to CMOS inverters IV1 and IV2 of a differential pair 11D respectively, so that a positive-polarity signal and a negative-polarity signal of a differential output signal are output from common output terminals OUTP and OUTN of the CMOS inverters IV1 and IV2 respectively.
