PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit having stable switching characteristics. SOLUTION: A switching circuit comprises: a transistor 12 of which the collector is connected to a power source Vcc via a constant current source 11 and an emitter is connected to reference potential GND; and a drive means which outputs a signal to a gate of the transistor 12 based on the potential of the collector to switch on/off-states switches the transistor 12, in switching from the off-state to the on-state when an input voltage Vin is a first voltage V1 higher than a threshold voltage Vth of the transistor 12, and switches the transistor 12, in switching from the on-state to the off-state when the input voltage Vin is a second voltage V2 lower than the threshold voltage Vth of the transistor 12.
