In order to loosen the brake (10) in the case of a malfunction, the invention suggests that the nut (20) be supported by a roll threaded driving member (18) in the axial direction through an anti-self-locking shaft (42) designed anti-rotational due to a permanent magnet brake (48) which can be loosened by submitting it to an electric flow. Upon loosening the brake (48) the brake pad pressed against the disc (16) sets in rotation the shaft (42) serving as a support and presses the whole roll threaded driving mechanism (18) off the disc, thereby causing the brake to be loosened (10).
