PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive which can position the terminals in a desirable way. SOLUTION: The disk drive 1 has a case 100 with a rear panel 130, and the main drive 200 contained in this case 100 and having a case body 210 and a circuit board 220 attached to the case body 210 with its terminals 230 projecting out of its end. The main drive 200 has a terminal plate 240 provided close to the terminals 230 to fix to the rear panel 130 with the terminals inserted into the terminal hole. The rear panel 130 of the case 100 has a slit 133 to shift the terminal fixing hole fixing the terminal plate 240 in the direction almost perpendicularly crossing the surface direction of the rear panel 130.
