PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the inspection for clarifying whether the ROM already inspected is illegally replaced with the one called as an unauthorized ROM or an illegal ROM or whether or not the board case currently used is illegally replaced with a board case housing an illegal control board in combination with work of chacking for the state of individual electronic devices on the control board, for instance, as conducted at least once per day. SOLUTION: The inspection system for game machines has an IC chip 271 as a memory means for storing the second identification information as the first identification information whose data are compressed following a prescribed arithmetic rule after a QR code 251 having the first proper identification information indicating the body production number (or the main board number) of a board case seal 250 for sealing up stuck on the main control board 220, for instance, is read out non-contact with a reader 500 and carries out non-contact reading from an IC tag seal 270 with the IC chip 271.
