POLYVINYLIDENE CHLORIDE RESIN WRAP FILM AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A wrap film that realizes stabilization of sock while allowing a sock solution to retain lubricating effects as an opening agent, inhibitions of parison width fluctuation and meandering leading to avoidance of parison crease and exhibition of highly stable properties. There is provided a polyvinylidene chloride resin wrap film produced by a process comprising melt extrusion of a polyvinylidene chloride resin into a tubular form through a die; cooling the outside of the extrudate by a refrigerant while causing the hollow of the extrudate to hold an aqueous solution of liquid being miscible with water into one liquid; and thereafter inflating the thus solidified extrudate, wherein the concentration of the liquid being miscible with water into one liquid in the aqueous solution is in the range of 80 to 95 mass% so that the polyvinylidene chloride resin wrap film is coated with this liquid in an amount of 50 to 4000 ppm.
