<p>A method and device for relieving congestion of credit resources which actualize relieving the congestion status of the credit resources are provided. The present invention method includes: judging the congestion of the credit resources; when judging the credit resources are in congestion, selecting a load reshuffling LDR action, and selecting RABs or users according to the selected LDR action; and performing the selected LDR action for the credit resources occupied currently by the selected RABs or users, so as to relieve the congestion of the credit resources. The present invention device for relieving the congestion of the credit resources includes: a congestion judging module, a LDR action selecting mudule, a RAB selecting module and a LDR action performing module.</p> |
