<p>An assembly for automatically washing olives, to be used in olive processing plants, whose main feature is that of having a modular structure, and whose components (4, 5, 6, 8) are easy to clean and to maintain. The washing assembly includes a storage/collection and decantation tank (4), a helical screw pump (5), preferably a mixer (6) with a pipe coil, and a dewatering system (8) for dripping the already used water.</p> |
