ELECTRONIC VALUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC VALUE MANAGEMENT DEVICE, PORTABLE TERMINAL, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To asynchronously perform purchase of an electronic value and transfer of the electronic value.

SOLUTION: In an electronic value management device, a user A is able to purchase an electronic value from a WEB server 2 on a network 4 by using a portable terminal 1 such as a portable telephone or a PDA, and to temporarily store the purchased electronic value in an electronic value database storage device 5 managed by a center server 3. The center server 3 manages the electronic value stored in the electronic value database storage device 5 for each of users A, B and C. Also, the user A is able to download the electronic value managed as the user A's property by the center server 3 to the portable terminal 1 by designating the electronic value from the portable terminal 1 to the center server 3, and making a download request.
