<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the printing time when printing is performed after processing operations such as unpacking, resizing, image-quality corrections, etc. on a compressed image. <P>SOLUTION: Development image data are generated by executing in series a processing in a JPEG processing part 714, a processing in a resizing processing part 715 and a processing in an image correction processing part 716 in a predetermined path order and by executing in parallel these processings while other devices are performing processes with respect to a particular device.
