<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cell group having a constant quality not depending on the difference in individual tissues. <P>SOLUTION: The method for judging decomposition comprises, in treatment of decomposing a biological tissue by feeding a mixed solution composed of a physiological saline containing a biological tissue and an enzyme and a lactated Ringer solution or a buffer solution to a transparent container 2, obtaining a color image of the mixed solution from the outside of the container 2, extracting a color component from the obtained color image and judging the progress situation of the decomposition based on the extracted color component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
