PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe, highly efficient and general-purpose network service. SOLUTION: When a terminal 23 makes an inquiry to a database 15 about the address information of a communication network function part 25, the database 15 notifies the terminal 23 about the address of a service bus 13. The service bus 13 accepts a service request message from the terminal 23, and performs processing according to an execution procedure set in the service bus 13, and transmits the request message to the execution control server 11. The execution control server executes processing, then transmits the request message through the service bus to the communication network function part 25 which provides a service. The communication network function part 25 executes the requested service, and transmits a response message to the service bus 13, the service bus 13 notifies the terminal 23 about the execution result of the requested service and the like.
