PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device permitting easy production of an image control program. SOLUTION: The image display device comprises a program ROM 414 for storing an image control program CP for displaying images based on image data and a test program TP for testing whether the image display device is normally operated or not independently; and a control part capable of executing the image control program CP and the test program TP. Interrupt address tables CIT and TIT to be used in the interrupt process executed according to the image control program CP or the test program TP are stored in association with the image control program CP and the test program TP in the program ROM 414.
