PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain storehouse temperature within an allowable range even if a preset temperature in the storehouse is not changed in a refrigerating apparatus 1 in which the storehouse is cooled by an evaporator 14. SOLUTION: During the operation with a control target value of blow-off air blown from the evaporator 14 set according to a preset temperature in the storehouse, when the percentage in which the temperature of blow-off air is under the control lower limit value within the unit hour exceeds a predetermined value, the control for raising the control target value above the preset temperature is conducted by a controller 50 while the preset temperature is maintained.
