PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of motor by effectively preventing a powder magnetic core from plastically deforming due to its engaging with a ring, in a motor. SOLUTION: An exposed thread in the radial direction between a ring 16 and a yoke 18, corresponding to the ratio of thickness in the ring/yoke in the radial direction, is determined so as to be lower than that of the smaller one, between those of the exposed thread that corresponds to a core stress limit within plastic deformation of the core 12 when the ring 16 is thermally inserted into the core 12, and the exposed thread that corresponds to the limit where the ring 16 is not deformed plastically.
