PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing terminal in which improvement in convenience is devised to surely restrict different operations within a prescribed area while keeping cost required for a transmission device low, a control method for controlling the operation of the information processing terminal itself, a control system adopting the control method, and a program. SOLUTION: This information processing terminal for achieving the purpose comprises: a control signal detecting means for detecting whether or not at least one kind of a control signal is received among control signals transmitted from a transmission device capable of switching and transmitting at least two or more kinds of prioritized control signals for controlling the operation of the information processing terminal itself; a control signal specifying means for specifying classes of the detected control signals; and an operation control means for controlling the operation of the information processing terminal itself for a prescribed time on the basis of information about the highest prioritized control signal in the specified classes of control signals.
