PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid object imaging device with high sensitive pixels which can suppress false color caused by a color resolution reduction. SOLUTION: When generating a demosaic image from mosaic images of G, R, and B in a demosaic signal processor 341, an interpolating processor 422 interpolating pixels by using high sensitivity information from a brightness signal generator 410 which demosaics a high sensitive image W and an anti-alias processor 424 are provided. The interpolating processor 422 and the anti-alias processor 424 suppresses false color by referring to a differencial processing result and a proportion processing result between the high sensitivity information and the mosaic image. A sensitivity correction operation is concurrently executed, and a high-sensitive demosaic image with suppressed false color can be acquired. A correlation detecting portion 500 obtains a correlation coefficient only with the high sensitive pixel W, and the demosaic signal processor 341 corrects the interpolating processing and the anti-alias processing by using the correlation coefficient, thereby eliminating variations of correlation and controlling a color difference noise.
