PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance guarantee of an operation and rationalization of power capability of a network device. SOLUTION: Network devices 10a, 10b are provided with switches S1, S2 in addition to functional structure such as logic circuits L1, L2, power sources P1, P2, redundant power sources P11, P21 and communication parts C1, C2. When there is a margin in power of the network device 10a and there is not margin in power of the network device 10b, the power source P1 is connected to the communication part C1 by the switch S1 and the power is supplied from the network device 10a to the network device 10a via a network cable CV.
