PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable solid-state electrolytic capacitor with a sufficient characteristic against thermal stress. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor has a base 5 formed of an insulting board 1 in which a capacitor element connecting face is installed on an upper face and a mounting electrode face on a lower face, the upper and lower faces are conducted and which has first conductors 2 and second conductors 3, which are allotted alternately, and a capacitor element 6 having anode parts and cathode parts, which are connected to the first conductors 2 and the second conductors 3 and are allotted alternately.
