PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector unit improved in waterproofness and conduction reliability at its connecting point with a flat circuit body led out of light-control glass. SOLUTION: The connector unit 6 electrically connected with an FFC 15 led to the outside of the light-control glass 1 is provided with a connector 2 with a terminal 26, an adhesive 4, a mounting member 3, and a fixing means 5. The FFC 15 led to the outside of the light-control glass 1 and the terminal 26 of the connector 2 are electrically connected, a connection point of the FFC 15 and the terminal 26 is covered with the adhesive 4 to make it waterproof, and the connector 2 is attached to a mounting member 3 so as to protect the connection point, and the mounting member 3 is fixed to laminated glass 11 by the fixing means 5.
