PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device capable of detecting opening and closing state of a lid member installed on an outer case as well as detecting fixed state of a conductive member. SOLUTION: The connecting device is provided with a detection member 1, a detection member 2, and a rotating member 12. A terminal board 5 is formed so as to connect an electrode 33a to an electrode 34 using a bolt 51. The detection member 1 is formed so as to go inside an outer case 41. The detection member 2 is arranged at an arm part 12a of the rotation member 12. The rotation member 12 is arranged so that an arm part 12b may be rotated by being pushed by the bolt 51 when the bolt 51 is fixed to the terminal board 5. The rotation member 12 is formed so that the detection member 2 may move to a position to be able to contact the detection member 1 when the bolt 51 is fixed to the terminal board 5.
