PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer optimally selectively using a method which distinguishes only a measurement item and a method which distinguishes not only the measurement item but also a reaction line, according to each processing process. SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer is structured as follows with a control part as a center. First of all, a measurement system is structured to meet a sub random access system, and two systems of reaction lines for analyzing components of a sample such as serum are equipped by a pair type reaction tubes, and several measurement items can be measured by using any of the two lines.
