PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle-testing device loaded with vehicle drive wheel on circumference belt to conduct braking force test of vehicles, and the like, which enables accurate braking force measurement, even if semifluctuating vibrations (pulsations) arise on the top surface of the above circumference belt during the braking force test of vehicles. SOLUTION: This vehicle-testing device 1 comprises base substance 2, base material 3 movably-mounted on the above base substance 2 in cross direction with bearing support of FWD and AFT large-diameter rollers 3a/3b on upper section, circumference belt 3c stretched around the area between these FWD and AFT large-diameter rollers 3a/3b, and load cells 3g of detecting means arranged by connecting between the above base substance 2 and the base material 3 to detect force acting on this base material 3. In the testing device, the front wheel or the rear wheel of vehicle is placed on top surface of the belt 3c to circumferentially-drive this belt 3c, thus the reactive force produced between wheel of the vehicle and the above belt 3c, when braking force is applied to the wheel, will be detected by the load cells 3g.
