PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image radar signal processor capable of eliminating labor of GCP positioning at a job site. SOLUTION: The image radar signal processor includes an antenna position information storage part 3A storing a position of antennas 1 and 2, an antenna 1 image storage part 3B and an antenna 2 image storage part 3C, respectively, storing first and second images provided by observing by the antennas 1 and 2, a distance calculating part 4 calculating a distance of an observation point indicated by respective picture elements of the antenna 1 and a distance of an observation point indicated by respective picture elements of the antenna 2 based on a distance difference, by converting a dislocation quantity in the slant range direction into the distance difference, by determining the dislocation quantity of the whole picture elements in the slant range direction and the azimuth direction of the second image to the first image based on the first and second images, a trigonometrical survey part 5 determining an altitude of the respective picture elements by a trigonometrical survey based on a position of the respective antennas, the distance of the observation point indicated by the respective picture elements of the antenna 2 and the distance of the observation point indicated by the respective picture elements of the antenna 1, and an output storage part 6 storing the altitude distribution of the whole images provided by the trigonometrical survey part 5.
