PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot for a constant velocity universal joint for improving an installation characteristic and reducing cost by reducing the number of part items, and preventing damage on the constant velocity universal joint side by avoiding interference of mutual metallic members. SOLUTION: This boot has an annular large diameter side end part T1 for inserting an outer casing G of the constant velocity universal joint J, an annular small diameter side end part T2 for inserting a shaft S connected to the constant velocity universal joint J, a trough part 5 and a crest part 6, and is composed of a bellows part V continuously arranged with the small diameter side end part T2, and an annular falling regulating part R2 continuously arranged between the large diameter side end part T1 and the bellows part V and regulating falling of the shaft S.
