PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device capable of preventing edge abutting of a pin, and thereby, preventing abrasion or damage of a sheave surface and the pin, and reducing noise and vibration. SOLUTION: A plane shape of longitudinal both ends of a drive pin 14 brought into contact with the conical sheave surface of a pulley is a curved surface with a single curvature R1 having a center position offset to a chain traveling direction advancing side for D, and thereby, the plane shape of the longitudinal both ends of the drive pin 14 is in the curved surface shape wherein an advancing side half part 31 is protruded from a retreating side half part 32.
