A manual actuating device for assisting people impaired in the use of the legs includes a rim element (2) intended for being arranged below the steering wheel (1) of the motor vehicle, substantially coaxially to the steering wheel. The rim element (2) is mounted movable relative to a support structure along a direction substantially parallel to the axis of the steering wheel, in order to control a working function of the motor vehicle, such as for example the accelerator function or the brake function. The rim element (2) is displaceable in any of two opposite directions, starting from a rest position, in order to actuate said working function. |
