A system and a system for providing AD(ADvertisement) are provided to reduce AD expense burden of advertisers remarkably by billing a discriminated AD rate efficiently to the advertiser based on points for user action information, which is caused by providing AD contents to a user terminal, and increase AD efficiency remarkably by providing the desired AD continuously to a user. A first contents providing device(200-1) selects first AD contents matched with an AD keyword included in a webpage and a step count performed by a user based on AD registration information, provides the first AD contents to a user terminal(100), and collects user action information from the user terminal. A second contents providing device(200-2) receives the user action information from the first contents providing device when the user terminal is connected through the first AD contents, provides second AD contents to the user terminal on the basis of the step count/keyword, and updates the user action information based on the user action. An AD providing device(300) provides the AD registration information of advertisers to the first/second contents providing devices and bills a charge to the advertiser based on the user action information. |
