<p>A noble method for mass-producing nanocarbons economically is provided, a noble method for preparing carbon very easily without employing existing nanocarbon preparing processes requiring high energy is provided, and a method for doping carbon particles with various metals in a metal or ion state, doping metal salts and metal oxides into the carbon particles, and confining specific organic compounds into the carbon particles using the manufacturing method is provided. A method for preparing nanodiamond or fullerene comprises subjecting a compound having an element number ratio of the hydrogen to the halogen of 1:1 as a compound composed of carbon, hydrogen, and halogen to a deoxidizing reaction using a base. A method for preparing nanodiamond or fullerene by dehydrohalogenation comprises the steps of: directly using a compound having an element number ratio of the hydrogen to the halogen of 1:1 as a compound composed of carbon, hydrogen, and halogen, or injecting and dissolving the compound into an organic solvent to prepare a reaction solution; injecting a base into the reaction solution; and raising temperature of the base-injected reaction solution to react the reaction solution with the base at a temperature of 0 to 300 deg.C. The base is one or more selected from metal amide, metal alkoxide or metal hydroxide, amine, ammonia, and metal oxide compounds. The method comprises additionally adding a dispersant, a radial-generating substance, one or more additives selected from metals, metal oxides, metal salts, organic compounds, and metal chelates, and carbon materials that become a portion of a product or a purified product, or a seed or nucleus into the reaction solution together with the base.</p> |
