<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driver of high durability. <P>SOLUTION: In the motor driver, conduction to an electric motor is turned off with a condition that external power voltage Vo as power voltage becomes less than a threshold Vth, and conduction to the electric motor is turned on with the condition that external power voltage Vo exceeds the threshold Vth.
